This poem print comes with 2 personalized halves of a heart to let your loved ones know you are thinking about them.
The Poem print is 4x6" on cardstock.You will receive the poem and 2 personalized halves of a heart.
You keep the half with your loved one's name and you send the half of the heart with your name stamped on it and the poem to your loved one.
